Govt using state resources in NA-122 by-polls, PTI complains ECP

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – While accusing the ruling party Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) of using government resources in NA-122 by-elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shireen Mazari has on Friday written a letter to the Election Commission of Pakistan. Shireen Mazari said in its letter that the ruling party is using government resources without any hesitation, while Punjab government has released advertisements. She said that the provincial government’s direct influence in by-polls is not acceptable. The PTI leader demanded the violation of code of conduct to be stopped immediately, while action should be taken against those involved in violation.
