LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif has said that the government wants to get extortion under cover of surety bonds. Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said that they would not accept the condition of surety bonds in any form. He said that they want to deceive the masses by claiming recovery of Rs7 billion. “PM Imran Khan is destroying the nation by spitting venom,” he said. The PML-N president said that they reject the government’s decision to get indemnity bonds. “The court has given Nawaz Sharif the guarantee. It wants to create disruption by staging dramas,” he declared. Shehbaz Sharif said that it was pity that indemnity is being sought from the prime minister elected thrice. “Life and death are in the hands of Allah Almighty. But the PML-N rejects the government’s decision to reject the indemnity bonds,” he added. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is not capable of giving or taking the NRO. “The government wants to get extortion in the garb of bonds. The nation is angry with the government over political stunts,” he said. Shehbaz Sharif said that there is no legal justification for the government decision. “The nation is worried over Nawaz Sharif’s health and government’s politics,” he added.
