Govt will fulfill promises made with farmers, says Punjab CM Buzdar

CHICHAWATNI (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Umsan Buzdar has said that the government will fulfill the promises made with the farmers. Addressing a gathering after inaugurating the wheat harvesting drive on Tuesday, he said that the government will purchase each grain of wheat. He said that yesterday’s parliamentary meeting had expressed its confidence in him. “No one can become Khadam-e-Aala by playing tricks,” he said. CM Umsan Buzdar said that only tricks were played in the past. “The officer showing performance will get applaud. The officer not serving the masses will be sent home,” he said. He said that the PTI will rectify the mistakes continuing for the last 70 years. “The Punjab government will start the Agriculture Credit Card,” he declared. The chief minister announced that canal water issue would be resolved completely. “More and more funds are being given to farmers for provision of water,” he said. Umsan Buzdar said that nine percent more funds are being given for irrigation in the budget.
