Govt will fully strive to defeat Gillani, says Shibli Faraz

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information Shibli Faraz said that the government would fully strive to defeat Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani.

Talking to the media on Tuesday, he declared that Sadiq Sanjrani will win the election of the Senate chairman. "A majority of 51 senators of the opposition is independent. Corruption money was used in the Senate election,' he added.

The minister said that the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) is a sum of contradiction. "It has been heard that the opposition is again talking about resignations," he added.

He said that Sadiq Sanjrani will win the Senate election.
