Gunned down DSP Bahadur Khan laid to rest in Peshawar

PESHAWAR (92 News) - Deputy Superintendent Bahadur Khan was was killed killed when unidentified assailants opened fire in Peshawar’s Gulbahar area earlier today (Wednesday) was laid to rest after his funeral prayers at the Police Headquarters. As per reports, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Inspector General of Police Durrani attended the funeral. Earlier, DSP Bahadur Khan departed from his home near Gulbahar chowk and was en route to the office when unidentified assailants opened fire on his vehicle, due to which he sustained many injuries. He was taken to a local hospital but soon succumbed to his injures. Meanwhile, police has initiated investigations into the matter and launched a search operation to arrest the culprits.
