Hamza Shehbaz, Bilawal Bhutto resolve to continue anti-govt movement
LAHORE (92 News) – Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto on Sunday.
Talking to the media after the meeting, Hamza Shehbaz said that the opposition will continue to move forward and make important decisions from the platform of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).
He said that he highly respect the mother of Bilawal Bhutto. "We have learnt a lot from the Charter of Democracy," he added.
Bilawal Bhutto said that the PDM would counter the government in and out of the parliament. "Yousaf Raza Gillani's victory is historic as we have defeated the government in the Senate election. We have come to greet the opposition leader," he added.
He said that the PDM had won across the country in the by-election. "The PDM will decide when and where the no-confidence move will be tabled," he maintained.
Bilawal Bhutto said that the government was weak and for this reason, it had to put the opposition leader in jail.
