Heavy rain lashes in Lahore, roads flooded

LAHORE (92 News) – A few minutes of heavy rain Lashed in Lahore on Thursday and turned weather into pleasant. According to details, Band Road, Outfall Road, Gulshan-e-Ravi and other parts of the provincial capital witnessed downpour. The heavy rain lashed in Lahore as the city roads gave a look of canals after rain shower which started around 12:20pm. However, more than 80 feeders tripped due to the rain in provincial capital of Punjab. On the other hand, the Met Office reported that weather is expected to remain partly cloudy in upper parts of the country today. Rain-wind-thundershower is expected in upper Punjab, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lower Sindh, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Hot and humid weather is expected elsewhere in the country.
