ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) had not desisted from his mission at any stage despite difficulties. Addressing an inaugural ceremony of Science and Technology Park at National University of Science and Technology on Monday, he said when a person backtracks from his vision he faces a decline continuously. “Talent loses when it faces passion,” he said. The prime minister vowed to transform Pakistan into a knowledge economy by equipping the youth with the latest technologies. “A task force headed by Dr Attaur Rehman is giving advice to the government to achieve the objective of knowledge economy.” Imran Khan said that the government would give special emphasis to the science and technology, education and future technologies to unleash the potential of the youth. “Equipping the youth with the latest technologies will help create immense opportunities for them.” The prime minister appreciated the initiative of the establishment of National Science and Technology Park at the NUST. He assured to provide every possible support to the university to take forward this project. “This model will also be replicated in other institutions as well.” The prime minister also appreciated Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa for always giving special importance to education. He urged the students to follow the life and teachings of Holy Prophet (SAW) to become future leaders. He asked them to make struggle part of their life and never be demoralized by the failures. “The history only remembers those who work for the humanity.”
