Horse-trading is a cancer for democratic system, says Khurshid Shah

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Khurshid Shah has said that horse-trading is like a cancer for the democratic system. Talking to the media in his chamber on Wednesday, he said that the constitution should not be blemished by making an amendment in this regard.
