Hot, dry weather forecast in most areas today

LAHORE (92 News) – Hot and dry weather continued to experience in most parts of the country on Sunday. According to the met office, dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours. However, very hot weather is likely to prevail over plain areas of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and its adjoining areas. Weather conditions are due to the change in the wind direction as well as the sea breeze coming to a standstill. The medical experts have advised people to take precautions in order to keep themselves safe from the heatwave. People should avoid going out from their homes and offices unless important and keep a wet handkerchief at all times. On the other hand, a westerly wave is likely to approach upper parts of the country. Under influence of this weather system, rain is expected over upper parts of the country.
