Hotel firing incident: Two suspects arrested in Karachi
KARACHI (92 News) – Two suspects who involved in hotel firing incident - open indiscriminate firing on a restaurant manager over a small tiff last night - have been arrested, police claimed on Tuesday.
According to the details garnered, it said that the suspects Mir Mustafa Rashdi and his brother Athar Rashdi, have been taken into custody by the police.
The first information report (FIR) also lodged against the suspects. On the other hand, they have denied shooting the hotel manager. It was reported that investigation into matter was underway with help of CCTV footage.
A day earlier, the firing incident took place after a tiff with the waiter, as the suspects were drunk. Manager, Basheer sustained bullet injury, when he was trying to resolve the issue between the customers and the waiter.
One dead, two injured in Karachi firing incident
Earlier, one person was killed while two others injured during a firing incident in different areas of Karachi .
The injured were identified as Rahimullah and Abdullah who were residents of Nazimabad No. 2. Rahimullah died during treatment in hospital.
According to police, firing incident seems to be Personal enmity but further investigation is continue.
Another firing incident took place in Faqir Colony of Orangi Town where young man Farman injured by bullet coming from unknown direction.
On the other hand, three suspects were arrested after exchange of fire in Gulshan-e-Hadeed. The accused were busy in robbery and start firing after seeing police.The accused include Amin and Tahir.Weapons, motorcycle and snatching material of citizen recovered from them.
