Huge cache of weapons recovered in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – The law enforcement agencies have on Sunday seized huge cache of weapons buried in Lal Qila Ground in Azizabad.

As per details, on a tip off law enforcement agencies carried out raid in Azizabad’s in Lal Qila Ground and recovered huge stockpile of weapons.

The law enforcers took around two hours to completely clear the site.

The weapons were shifted to undisclosed location.

The development comes a day after Sindh Cabinet granted special powers to the Rangers for 90 days.

The decision was made during a high-level meeting presided over Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah. The powers have been granted under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
