Hundreds of residential areas inundated in Muzaffargarh; flood warning issued in DG Khan

MUZAFFARGARH (92 News) – Hundreds of residential areas were inundated by floodwater in Muzaffargarh on Tuesday. A flood warning was issued in DG Khan. Over 50 villages were inundated in Ghotki. There is a threat of the breakage of a dyke due to erosion. Meanwhile, Army troops have reached Ghotki to save the dyke. On the other hand, water accumulated in low-lying areas after torrential rain in Hyderabad. People remained busy in pumping out water from their houses. Patients and their relatives faced numerous problems after rainwater entered Hilal-e-Ahmar Hospital, Latifabad.
