Hurling abuses is not our culture, says Farrukh Habib
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Responding to PML-N’s MNA Sheikh Rohale Asghar for associating culture of Punjab with abusing, State Minister for Information Farrukh Habib on Wednesday has said that hurling abuses is not our culture.
“Our culture inculcates respect of mothers and sisters as hurling abuses in their name is not the part of our culture,” the state minister said in a tweet. He asked Sheikh Rohale to abstain from linking his ‘filthy’ language and thoughts with the culture of Punjab.
Farrukh Habib regretted Rohale’s misogynistic conduct and said the PML-N leadership would rather appreciate him instead of reprimanding his unethical remarks.
