NEW DELHI (92 News) – Indian police arrested Hurriyat leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party, Shabbir Ahmed Shah on Saturday. The police took Shabbir Ahmed Shah into custody from the airport soon after he arrived to meet Prime Minister’s Advisor on National Security and Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz in the Indian capital. The Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi has invited the Hurriyat leaders to meet Sartaj Aziz during a reception in the honor of Sartaj Aziz on Monday. On the other hand, talking to media in Srinagar, Mirwaiz Umer Farooq said that the India-Pakistan National Security Adviser level talks should be held, adding that it would not be a wise decision for India to cancel the dialogues. He said that the Kashmiris are the main stakeholders between the India-Pakistan issues and Pakistan should hold talks with Kashmiri leaders before NSA-level talks.
