Husband arrested after 7-year-old shoots his mother dead in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD (92 News) – A woman was allegedly killed by her seven-year-old son in Faisalabad and the police took her husband in custody for investigation. According to the reports, a tragic incident happened when a seven-year-old child picked up a gun and accidentally opened fire at his mother. However, the incident took place in Jhang Bazaar. Meanwhile, the matter takes a new turn when the cause of death was ascertained by bullet in the head of 26-years-old Hina. On the other hand, the family of slain Hina said that she did not become the target of her son’s bullet but was instead murdered by her husband Rizwan. Hina’s sister said that Rizwan used to torture his wife. She said that he had shot at her sister a year earlier as well after which Hina had come to stay at her house. Then the police have arrested husband, Rizwan on suspicion of murder. The police interrogated the man about the murder but he said that the women shot dead by his son and he thought it was a toy gun. The gun used in the incident belonged to Rizwan. However, Rizwan said that he was sleeping when the incident happened. When he woke up with the sound of the gun shot, he found his wife covered in blood. His elder son then told him that seven-year-old Azhan had accidentally fired a bullet from the gun. The investigation is continued and the police are investigating to make sure he didn’t have a hand in his wife’s death.
Children fight during cricket match: Mother, two sons killed in firing
Earlier, another incident mother and her two sons were killed due to firing after children’s fight in Nowshera. According to sources, the incident happened after a quarrel during a cricket match. As a result, the accused opened fire at the mother and her two sons. The accused who opened fire was arrested while four others have managed to flee the scene.
