Hussain Nawaz moves SC over photo leak

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Hussain Nawaz, so of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has on moved the Supreme Court over his photo leaked few days ago when he appear before the Joint Investigation Team (JIT).

In an application filed, Hussain Nawaz has appealed the apex court to form a judicial commission over the issue.

He stated that the leakage of his photo and video recording is violation of law and code of conduct.

Hussain Nawaz said that the witnesses are being treated like an accused by the JIT.

Earlier, the joint investigation team (JIT) headed by Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Additional Director-General Wajid Zia had taken notice of Hussain Nawaz’s leaked picture.

Wajid Zia is personally conducting the inquiry, with first of all reviewing if the picture was real or not.
