ICJ stays execution of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jhadav till final decision
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has stayed the execution of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jhadav till final decision.
Pronouncing the judgment, Judge Ronny Abraham said ICJ had jurisdiction to hear the case.
He said that India had not satisfied them with regard to the merit of the case.
“The circumstances of his arrest are in dispute,” he said.
