IGP Punjab orders not to arrest murder accused before investigation

LAHORE (92 News) – IGP Punjab Mushtaq Sukhera has ordered not to arrest the murder accused immediately. He said that investigation should be completed before the arrest of the accused. He added that innocent people are also included among the nominated accused and it takes years for their bails.
