IHC accepts NAB's plea to submit more documents in Flagship reference

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabd High Court (IHC) on Thursday accepted the application of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to submit more documents in the Flagship reference. The NAB had requested the court to submit the documents pertaining to Nawaz Sharif, Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz. The documents include the tax record and details of properties of the accused. According to the NAB, the original record of the documents submitted to the trial court is also available. According to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), the record of the tax returns of Nawaz Sharif, Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz is also included in the documents. The details of the companies and properties of the accused in the UAE, Britain and  BVI are also included in the documents. The court has allowed the NAB to submit more documents in the reference.
