IHC adjourns cipher case until tomorrow

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court adjourned the cipher case until Thursday.

During the hearing, Chief Justice Aamer Farooq asked the FIA prosecutor to inform the court about the matter with necessary evidence and reasons.

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked that the prosecution wants to delay the case for 3-4 months.

“The evidence will reach here from abroad and then it will be confirmed. Later, the witness will come and testify and then it will be cross-examined. Apparently it seems to be the misuse of the process,” he observed.
