IHC adjourns Toshakhana criminal case till Monday

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday adjourned the petition seeking suspension of the sentence in the Toshakhana criminal case till Monday.

The ECP's law officer told court that counsel Amjad Pervaiz was unwell and could not appear in court.

Chief Justice Aamer Farooq remarked that it was wrong the arguments will last for 15 minutes.

PTI chairman's sisters Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan were also present in courtroom.
