ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared the replies submitted by Gilgit Baltistan former chief judge Rana Shamim, the newspaper editor and other parties as unsatisfactory.

The court has summoned Rana Shamim and others on December 13.

In the written verdict on the December 7 proceedings, the court remarked that why the court should not indict all parties for baseless affidavit.

"The consequences will be serious if the British notary public leaked the affidavit without permission. Apparently it seems that Rana Shamim had leaked the affidavit and his silence raises a question mark on his veracity. Its publication raises a question on the professional attitude of the reporter, editor and publisher," it remarked.
