IHC dismisses plea seeking shifting of Bushra Bibi from Bani Gala to Adiala jail

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday dismissed a plea seeking shifting of PTI founder's wife Bushra Bibi from Bani Gala to Adiala jail.

The court also expressed its indignation at petitioner's counsel not appearing in court and showing non-seriousness.

Justice Miangul Hasan remarked that the counsels had not appeared despite he had announced that he would announce the verdict of the case. After the dismissal of the plea, counsel Usman Riaz reached the court and said that the delay was due to pickets in the city.
