IHC moved against in-camera hearing of cipher case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The PTI former chairman on Wednesday filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the in-camera trial of the cipher case.

In the petition filed through Barrister Salman Akram Raja, he contended that the IHC's order issued on December 14 is the violation of the November 21 verdict of the same court.

He prayed to court to stop the trial court from further proceedings until verdict on the application. "The presence of the people and the media is mandatory to fulfill the requirements of justice.
