IHC moved against non-bailable arrest warrants for Pervez Musharraf

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A petition was filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) against issuance of the non-bailable arrest warrants for former president Pervez Musharraf in the Ghazi Abdur Rasheed murder case on Friday. The petitioner contended that the court’s verdict is in violation of the law. The petition has been admitted for hearing. Justice Anwaarul Haq Qureshi will hear the petition on April 6.
