IHC moved against rejection of plea for Shahbaz Gill's physical remand

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The government challenged the rejection of the plea for physical remand of PTI leader Shahbaz Gill in the Islamabad High Court on Saturday.

The petition has been filed by the Islamabad advocate general. Shhabaz Gill and others have been made the party in the petition.

The petitioner prayed to the court to nullify the order of the judicial magistrate and approve the physical remand of Shahbaz Gill.

He also demanded that the court should declare it was not a judicial order, but administrative one, in the Shahbaz Gill case.

On Friday, the additional session judge had had rejected the plea for judicial remand and sent Shahbaz Gill to jail for two days.
