IHC orders ECP to announce verdict of foreign funding case within 30 days

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday ordered the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to announce the verdict of the foreign funding case within 30 days.

The written verdict was issued by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani.

The court also rejected the plea for refusing the record to Akbar S Babar. It also rejected the plea for keeping Akbar S Babar away from the foreign funding case.
