IHC orders Imran Khan to join investigation in terrorism case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday ordered PTI chairman Imran Khan to join the investigation in the terrorism case.

Hearing a plea for quashing the ATA sections from the case, the court remarked that how they will bind others to follow the law if they will not abide by it. "The investigation officer will dismiss the case if the allegations are untrue," the court observed.

The court ordered the police to submit the report in a week. It observed that a joint investigation team has been formed in the case.

Later, the court adjourned the case till September 15.
