IHC orders to stop proceedings against Ishaq Dar in accountability court

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday ordered to stop proceedings against former finance minister Ishaq Dar in the accountability court. The two-member bench comprising of Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Mian Gul Hassan has ordered not to take action against the accused until Jan 17. Ishaq Dar had challenged the verdict of his arrest warrants and publication of an advertisement against him.
