IHC orders to house arrest Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi within 15 days

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday ordered to house arrest PTI president Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi within 15 days.

Announcing the reserved verdict, the court ordered the Interior Ministry to complete the procedure to house arrest Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi in 15 days.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir remarked that Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi is 78 years old. "The matter related to his health should also be looked into," he added.
