IHC orders to make public details of gifts given to Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to make public the details of the gifts given to former prime minister Imran Khan.

Hearing the case, Justice Mian Gull Hassan Aurangzeb observed that the gifts of Toshakhana are not meant for taking them to homes. He order to retake the gifts taken to homes during the last 20 years.

He ruled that the gifts to be sent abroad are purchased from the national exchequer. "All gifts from foreign countries should be put at display."

The deputy attorney general requested the court to give sometime for fresh instructions.

The court ordered him to follow the Information Commission orders till further instructions.
