IHC orders to present TikTok ban issue before federal cabinet

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday ordered to put the matter pertaining to a ban on TikTok before the federal government.

Hearing the case, IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah accepted Senator Mian Attique's plea to become a party in the case.

"There is no rule. The ban has been imposed illegally. The PTA should not blame courts for its negligence," he observed.

The PTA counsel told court that 99 percent of TikTok App is working and only one percent people are misusing it.
