IHC orders to release PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Justice Arbab Tahir of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday ordered to release PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi.

The court also nullified the 3-MPO order and directed Shah Mahmood Qureshi to submit an affidavit in court. Moreover, the court also ordered to release the wife of PTI leader Shehryar Afridi.

Justice Arbab Tahir remarked that there will be consequences if the released people are arrested in another cases.

On the other hand, the Peshawar High Court (PHC) stopped the police from arresting the people until May 30. The court also ordered the release of all arrested accused.
