IHC orders to shift PTI chairman to Adiala jail from Attock
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday ordered to shift the PTI chairman to Adiala jail from Attock.
In his written verdict, Chief Justice Aamer Farooq remarked that the status of the punishment of the PTI chairman had changed. "The original order was detain him in Attock jail in the Toshakhana case. Why is he in Attock still?" he queried.
On the other hand, the IHC reserved the verdict on the application whether the cipher case hearing will be held in-camera or in open court.
