IHC postpones proceedings to declare Nawaz Sharif an absconder till Dec 2

The court passed the order while hearing petitions against the conviction of Nawaz Sharif. The court has decided to record the statement of the officers who implemented the court advertisement.

The court remarked that the statement of the officers will be recorded before declaring Nawaz Sharif an absconder.

The statements of Lahore FIA Ijaz Ahmed and Tariq Masood will be recorded.

Earlier, a report on the implementation of the advertisement seeking was submitted to court.

According to the report, Nawaz Sharif is deliberately not appearing in court and he is fully aware of the sub judice case.
