IHC rejects PTI former chairman's plea for suspending verdict on Toshakhana criminal case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday rejected the PTI former chairman's plea seeking suspension of the verdict on the Toshakhana criminal case.

Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri announced the reserved verdict.

According to the short verdict, the PTI former chairman had not requested for suspending the complete verdict when his sentence was suspended in the Toshakhana case.

It ruled that there was no room for reviewing or amending the verdict as per law.
