IHC stops police from harassing PTI leaders, Shehbaz Gill granted protective bail

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has stopped the police from harassing the PTI leaders in different cities on Monday.

The court also ordered the authorities not to arrest Fawad Chaudhary till proceedings of the next hearing.

The court issued notices to the parties in the plea for stopping the authorities from harassing Fawad Chaudhary. The case will now be heard on May 9.

Meanwhile, the court also granted protective bail to Shahbaz Gill.

The PTI counsel contended that Shahbaz Gill was ready to join the investigations. "A fake FIR was registered against my client Shahbaz Gill," he added.
