IHC suspends police notice to summon Sheikh Rasheed
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Justice Tariq Jahangiri of the Islamabad High Court on Wednesday suspended the police notice to summon Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed.
The court also stopped the Aabpara police to arrest and harass Sheikh Rasheed, issuing the notice to the Islamabad police for February 6.
It ruled that the notice can only be issued during the investigation.
The Islamabad police had given Sheikh Rasheed the last chance to appear at Aabpara police station at 4pm.
