Nawaz & Maryam appeals: IHC allows court assistant to present more references on next date

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Hear the appeals of PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Capt (retd) Safdar, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday allowed Azam Nazir Tarar, the court assistant, to present more references on the next date

A two-member bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the appeals. All three have filed appeals against their conviction in the Avenfield reference.

The court also directed the NAB to share the written arguments with Azam Nazir Tarar.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing till June 23.
