IHC to hear plea for dismissing terrorism case against Imran Khan today
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear a plea for dismissing a terrorism case against PTI chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday.
A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Athar Minallah will hear the case. Justice Saman Riffat will be the other member.
Meanwhile, Justice Babar Sattar of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear a plea against PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary for issuing a statement against the judiciary.
According to the petitioner, Fawad Chaudhary had given a statement against Additional Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhary.
