Imran Farooq Murder Case: ATC rejects bail plea of three prime suspects

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Anti-Terrorism Court has on Monday rejected the bail applications of three prime suspects in the murder case of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq and disposed off the applications to release the accused. During the hearing, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted an interim challan in Imran Farooq murder case to in the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC). The challan declared Mohsin Ali Syed as the key culprit while, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali as facilitators. The confessional statements of the accused are also made part of the challan.
