Imran Farooq’s widow decides to inform London Police about phone call of important figure soon after murder

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Shumaila Imran, widow of the slain Imran Farooq, has decided to inform the London Police about a phone call from an important personality soon after the murder of Imran Farooq.

“We have sent the Doctor on a long leave,” she quoted the important personality as saying.

Legal experts are of the view that the important personality could be included in the investigation on the statement of Shumaila Imran.

The move has spread a wave of uncertainty among the workers of a political party residing in London.

Meanwhile, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry has said that it has not been yet decided to hand over the accused of the Imran Farooq murder case to Britain.

He said that the Interior Ministry will do whatever is permitted by the law.
