Imran Khan and PTI leaders booked in under terrorism charges

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Police have registered a case against PTI chairman Imran Khan and several party workers for violence during appearance of the former premier in Islamabad in Toshakhana case.

A case was registered against Imran Khan and 17 PTI leaders under the Anti-Terrorism Act at the CTD police station.

Ali Amin Gandapur, Murad Saeed, Shibli Faraz, Umar Ayub, Hasan Niazi, Hammad Azhar, Khurram Nawaz, Farrukh Habib, Aamir Kayani, Colonel retired Asim, Umar Sultan and Asad Qaiser are included in the case.

According to the FIR, the accused surrounded the judicial complex from all sides. the accused also broke the windows of the judicial complex. Official vehicles and motorcycles of police employees were set on fire.

The accused also took away wireless set, gun, cash. 8 anti-riot kits were also confiscated from the police personnel.
