Imran Khan announces long march from Lahore on Friday

LAHORE (92 News) - PTI chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday announced a long march from Lahore on Friday.

Addressing a press conference, he said that the long march will start from Liberty Chowk at 11am on Friday.

"We will reach Islamabad via GT Road. It is decisive time. I have been asked to be very irresponsible because I want to stage the protest despite severity of the situation," he announced.

Imran Khan said that the long march was launched thrice during the PTI government. "Cruelty was done against the PTI workers on May 25. We returned home keeping in view the severity of the situation," he added.

He said that threats were hurled to Arshad Sharif for changing his stance and he had gone to Kenya to save his life.
