Imran Khan attack probe: Punjab govt changes JIT
LAHORE (92 News) - The JIT formed to investigate the murderous attack on PTI Chairman Imran Khan in Wazirabad has been changed once again.
The Home Department of Punjab replaced all the members who had differences with the JIT chief. No senior officer was included in the new JIT.
The new members include DPO DG Khan Muhammad Akmal, SP Anjum Kamal, DSPCIA Jhang Nasir Nawaz. The decision to appoint the fourth member of any department was entrusted to the JIT. A notification has been issued in this regard.
The old members had raised objections against the JIT chief.
