Imran Khan congratulates new CJCSC, COAS on assuming offices
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI chairman Imran Khan has congratulated the new Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Mirza Sahir Shamshad and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir on assuming their office.
In a tweet on Wednesday, he said: "We hope new military leadership will work to end prevailing trust deficit that has built up in last eight months between the nation and the state. Strength of the state is derived from its people."
