Imran Khan decides to challenge FIR registered on police complaint

LAHORE (92 News) - PTI chairman Imran Khan has decided to challenge the attack FIR registered on the police complaint.

In a statement, he said that all institutions are under the interior minister. "If the nominated persons are innocent, then they will be acquitted in the investigation," he added.

The PTI chairman said that the statement of the accused Naveed is based on a lie and there is no ground of the lie.

"I have assigned duty to the Punjab government to protect the accused Naveed. I am not at odds with the institution. The problem arose over the issue of accountability," he maintained.

He said that the coalition government should not be formed otherwise blackmailing would continue. "The prime minister is strong when he has the two-thirds majority," he added.
