Nawaz wants to become a political martyr, but won’t succeed: Imran Khan

KARACHI (92 News) – PTI chairman Imran Khan has said that Nawaz Sharif wants to become a political martyr, but he will not succeed. Talking to the media at Karachi Airport on Saturday, he said that Asif Zardari is a certified criminal and he could not commit the crime of sitting with him. “Nawaz Sharif is grieved by the fact that why the Army and judiciary are not supporting him,” he said. He said that the PPP and the PML-N have made the police political. “There would have been no need of the Rangers in Karachi had the police not made political,” he said. Imran Khan said that the police are being made criminal by getting the people killed in fake encounters. He said that the Punjab and Sindh police do extra-judicial murder. “The KPK police have controlled each crime,” he added. The PTI chairman said that he had not held a public meeting in Lahore, but it was protest and all parties had to participate in it.
