ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has said the Prime Minister has not told any lie before the parliament or the nation. Talking to media persons in Islamabad on Monday, she said Imran Khan should recognize that cases cannot be contested in the courts on the basis of mere desires. Imran Khan is fighting the case outside the court, she said. The minister maintained that the prime minister has no connection with Panama papers. Speaking on the occasion PMLN leader Talal Chaudhry said the court decides cases on the basis of evidence and not useless pieces of papers submitted by the PTI. Earlier, PMLN leader Daniyal Aziz said that the proofs provided by PTI chairman Imran Khan in Panama Papers case were substandard. He said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said in the very beginning that he is ready for accountability. He said that Imran Khan's claim about rigging in elections was also baseless and he got nothing. Meanwhile, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry criticized the government saying the prime minister should file a case against BBC if its report is not authentic.
